xtc bath rollers

My friend saw this at a headshop around here. The brand is ascension thereputic (Sp?) And product name is xtc bath rollers. He was told It was synthetic cocaine. Is this mephadrone? That was my guess. Anyone have an idea? I'm in USA if it matters.
