i keep sleeping 12+ hours, taking the medicine for 4 weeks now
i started at 1mg per day now im taking 2mg per day, i dont wanna sleep my life away..
will this get better?

I'm a benzo guy. And despise Xanax. I don't like it's heavy quick hit, short duration or its crash which for me, sucks. Ativan also does nothing good for me.

Maybe try lessening the dose. I prefer klonopin/clonazepam aka k-pins.... or 2nd for me, valium. It chills me out, slows down my world yet I can still function with ease. And it's long-lasting. No crash either.

Why are you taking it? You have a script, overseas deals or getting it from the streets?

im taking it for panic attacks/GAD

really hard to get from doctor so im buying it on street rn, gonna take it up with doctor when i have my appointment.
probably not gonna get from doctor tho and its mostly xanax around in the streets, next time i buy im gonna try getting something else.
i do not like the crashes, i kinda like the quick hit because it makes me less worried about sudden panic attacks(kinda gives me a sense of security that if it goes to shit i can fix it quickly atleast. only positive in that regards

That's why I asked. Peeps with quick onset panic attacks prefer Xanax quick hitting. Me, I prefer the long lasting chill effect I get from Klonopin or Valium. Plus I take oxy for chronic pain and those two together are my Holy Grail. I get my oxy from doc but she cut me off on my k pins. I'm now forced getting 10g valium's off the street for 2 bucks a tab. My oxy script of 90 per month costs me 1.05 USD under my insurance. I'm still searching for a new doc to script me back my kind pins. These new age docs are pussies and went from over-scripting to not giving them when people really need them.

ima just be straight up and say ima take it regardless, i have tried so many medications with little to no success. finally i can kinda function.

just be careful ha crash will stop or should I say it transforms into a withdrawal. Now that means mental and physical and that physical is what can kill people or induce seizures also things like stomach issues and tensions. as apetite loss

always have more from the point called I would like to stop. which is almost next to impossible also test that for fent and other maybe some barbs or whatnot it is very strange that you sleep 12hrs but lets say that you sleep 8hr normal + 4 that xanax lasts.

I went through withdrawal from er xr and it was very scary shit even with ketamine help I was practicaly convulsing or trying to eat myself I thought that psychosis is for other people Im lucky that I had pregabalin on the 3rd day i think I would loose my shit. but ok I was on it long like 2 yrs but also i stopped couple times and with lorazepam and rotating to help myself which was done with the consultation of my spec. was not easy and was long lasting and left me a bit f...

would prefer getting from a doctor that way i know what i get atleast but,

you should say this to your doctor or on the next apt like you got a box from a relative or similar, again that half life is very short and be carefull buying those from street.

if i scared you a bit good. if you said even heroin or whatnot, I wouldn't say anything but xanax and from the street,
just stay safe

Test kit deff but like I said that short half life is shorter in effects by time like 2 weeks or more or effects will get shorter even to a frustration of waking you up, alprazolam is not a sleeping pill.

If from streets, I say get test kit asap. I think pregabalin is safer than alprazolam also sleep is uninterrupted and anxiolytic properties as some mild stimulation even persist. The withdrawal if it comes to that is much less
intense and 3 days and you are out.

Even Phenibut is even the best from my opinion but gaba b agonists can be tricky and yeah you want that immediate effect well if you have a steady dose of pregabalin like 300mg daily as like Phenibut 500mg daily or gram every other day well f phenibut similar to baclofen but almost the same in my experience baclofen is very strange it is maybe a vendor thing so... again I went through couple withdrawals but Phenibut was more of rec like i was ordering 100g then I would enjoy and after the weeks or month top stop and get back to my pregabalin but were not mixing them.

Clonazepam has the most long-lasting effect, and it was easier than lorazepam and alprazolam to get off.

Again am not a doctor so maybe talk to them, I can just say that I have very good memory and I read this forums threads for a decade while activity is more reserved depended on the experience and knowledge I get, or I don't want to get irresponsible and say things to sound good so explore here there is large amount of guys gals woman men no matter the gender just people that own the pharmacology and chemistry more than anyone i ever saw online and in life.

As a tolerant 200 lbs + male …..I would use both together in an anxiolytic cocktail (just for my tolerance)

Methadone 100mg (potent opioid for chronic pain)
Ritalin (Methylphenidate) 50-70mg IR (dopaminergic stimulant to enhance opioid analgesic and maintenance mental alertness & cognitive function)

Alprazolam (Xanax) 1mg
Diazepam (Valium) 10-30mg

Pregabalin (Lyrica) 300-450mg an effective anxiolytic & anticonvulsant compound used for neurological pain, RLS, anxiety, etc

Clonidine 0.1mg tablets - Very effective rapid acting anxiolytic & sedative, reduces Norepinephrine in CNS reducing HR & BP …..actually just as effective as any Benzo at reducing anxiety, calming everything down, and potentiates any opioid and Benzo


For a non tolerant patient……an option could look like,

Diazepam 5-10mg
Alprazolam 0.5-1mg
Pregabalin 75-150mg
Clonidine 0.1mg (half a scored tablet) …..all together, would be a god send for a mental breakdown or intense panic attack.

I personally would pulverize all tablets into fine powder, empty Pregabalin powder too, and put into large jel cap …..my own compounding pharmacy creation for myself, labeled Anxiolytic #1 in small plastic bag from crafts shop with 10 capsules inside, I compounded myself

I have certainly formulations for different uses …..Brompton Cocktail oral Speedball, which is Opioid, Stimulant, Benzodiazepine, and Gabapentinoid ….Ethanol / alcohol & tobacco always is present when onset of cocktail taking place, and duration of main effects, usually 3-6 drinks and 7 cigarettes or so

Are you aware of the dangers and severity of benzo withdrawal? I have personally experienced it after developing a high tolerance to Xanax in a short time. Most people will probably ignore this because they want their own experience, I get it. That’s what I always did

Have fun getting that Rx from a doctor.... They don't wanna prescribe anything anymore and when they do it's very small doses only SMH......

I'd get rid of the xannies while you can... Cause too many problems.... If you're gonna stay on a benzo I would pick at least valium or klonopin.... But most of all I would try to avoid benzos altogether... Your problems will probably just get worse eventually....
