Benzos Xanax withdrawals....

mrflowers00, with all due respect you have got to be kidding me? The subject here is Xanax/Benzo's. I know it is just a suggestion of yours but get real. Of course most people would rather take something over the counter/natural but hey, if one has extremely bad anxiety "kava kava" is going to be junk to them.
 
Luckily you were snorting the xanax, which means you probably wasted like 80% of all of it. lol

But if you are feeling really bad go to a medical institution, they treat benzo withdrawal seriously.

Kava kava actually has centuries of positive reports regarding its anxiolytic effects across the world. Compare this to xanax which was created about 40 years ago... i mean, obviously kava might not do anything if you're fresh off of an opiate or benzo addiction but same can be said for NSAID pain relievers, which absolutely work.
