Benzos Xanax withdrawal?

I have taken xanax .5mg about once a week for about 12 weeks. Now I’m feeling kind of sick like maybe withdrawal so I thought I was being safe but maybe not. Is it possible that I am in withdrawal and if so what can I expect.

You're probably sick. Not withdrawal. Unless you take 7 days to metabolize .5 mg xan. If you were wd the symptoms are delirium, night terrors, restlessness, anxiety, shakes and seizures. I'd say you're probably in the clear.

It’s in your head,,,when I restarted taking Xanax after a 20-30 year break I took .5 mg. Once a day ( occasionally 2) for 3weeks straight while traveling abroad and the Only withdrawal symptom I had was I had trouble sleeping for about a week…
