if i take 6 to 12mg of alprazolam a day for a week every month how how long would i have to wait guesstatmint untill 2 or 4 mg will do the same as the 6 or 12 for me

Sorry but I didn't understand half of what you wrote.
If you take 6 to 12mg of alprazolam every day for a week, you'll have some serious withdrawal issue. This is a very high dose! Even more if you do this circus every month!
