i read the equivalency chart but i don't believe it

yea i think chart says 4mg....it's not the same though man.

Ativan is just really weird at high dosages not like xanax

in others experiences what is a good dose of ativan if 8mg of xanax works good

I was taking just 1mg of xanax a day and then got switched to 1mg of ativan. Let me tell you that ativan is absolute crap compared to xanax and I never felt it work. I ended up taking all 30 in one night and still felt no anxiolysis or even sedation. Crappiest benzo I ever took

I kinda like ativans cause they seem to be more mild than others, I get way too tired when taking k-pins or xanax.

Lorazepam is half as strong as alprazolam.
Alprazolam is twice as strong as lorazepam.
