Xanax the night before MDMA, any interactions to worry about?

Xanax is a very short acting benzo. Unless you took them right before bed and then took MDMA as soon as you woke up in the morning I doubt the xanax will impair the roll.
But there is always the possibility that you may find the roll dulled out a little bit. It could be a placebo effect or it could be xanax still in your system.
Either way, is it really going to stop you from dropping?

For those with anxiety, alprazolam's mainly anxiolytic effect (sedation isn't prominent at low doses, only a light muscle-relaxant, and no hypnotic properties) go well with MDMA. As long as the alprazolam dosage is lower in correlation to the user's tolerance and anxiety.
Too much alprazolam will make a roll nonexistent.
IMO opiate-naive dosages: anywhere from 0.25-1mg (no more than 1mg; i.e. 0.5 x 2 or 0.25 x 2, I'd save 1mg for the comedown)

I used to take a Xanax (.5-1mg) with every roll to eliminate most of the come up anxiety. The two go really well together, you have nothing to worry about unless you take too much Xanax and overload the roll by flooding your system with GABA.
