Xanax Taper

Please anyone, if you know of an easy and or good taper off of xanax, it would be much appreciated.

I generally take about 3-4mgs daily.
Been doing this for months
im already taking suboxone for my opiate addiction, but I have mental health problems and kinda want to either wein down some or just taper off, or switch
but please if any one knows a good taper method for xanax, explain here, dont give me a link to go read

A doctor will be much more helpful in this regard man.

Why don't you just ask a doctor? Usually they'll put you on a more long-acting benzo.

Unless you aren't scripted em...

No I have a legit prescription, I was just asking to see if any one knew of a good way to taper, I see my doc on the 30th, I ran out of my xanax way early, luckily I have friends lol, I got some diazepams to hold me off
