xanax not working, tolerance?

So I usually am able to get buzzed off like 3 bars. BUT TODAY i got my script refilled and i popped a bunch of em. Nothing really happened. At least not like that usual calmness and anti-anxiety effects. I mean, I know there real peoples but i am trying to forget what could be the cause of my predicament. Any advice, comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hope I don't double post cause I screwed up. Anyway metabolizim can be a cause as well as tolerance. I think manufacterers make a difference too at least for me. Imo xanax is hit or miss sometimes I'm fucked up other times I'm zonked. Hope this helps.

my xanax tolerance is thru the roof, i usually take 3 bars as well and i feel normal, i got into a habit of mixing benzos and opiates to catch the desired effect.

Its just tolerance. I used to be prescribed 8mg and I'd need about 16mg (8 bars) to feel them
