I agree. If I was on Adderall and took a bar I'd end up doubling my amp dose in a fucked up balancing act.

The combination is actually perfect for me. I'm consuming 0.2mg Xanax @ 10 am and 3.30 pm ... along with 5mg dex at 10am. Doing this three times a week, so I don't develop tolerance to either or become dependant (on either)... also, I don't want to do it every day.

I have enough energy to get shit done but it's a calm energy. I don't need xanax to come down from amphetamines, when I'm consuming 5-10mg...

If you overdue the xanax by even a little it kills the motivational aspect of amp, which will usually cause me to take more amp.

Either stick to a very low dose of benzos or just save them for when you need to wind down.
