Xanax, Hydrocodone, and Tramadol mix?

OK so I have taken so far 4mg Xanax, 50mg promethazine, 4mg clonazepam, 150mg tramadol, 37.5mg hydrocodone. These were not taken all at once and throughout a time span of 2 - 3 hours. ATM I feel fine and got a nice buzz going, I am very opiate tolerant and benzo tolerant. My question is, how much tramadol is too much and is this combination safe if done responsibly?

400mgs tramadol is the daily limit, the limit at which seizure risk is increased.

Is it safe? For most people, it would probably lead to blackouts at the least, but that really is tolerance-dependent. I wouldn't call it safe, but whether it is going to harm you is a matter that we really can't determine...

To me that sounds like a hefty combo, in the unsafe zone. But if you are very tolerant to opiates and benzos who knows. Just don't push the limit too far, it only takes one random bad reaction and your gone.
