Xanax, first time, Dosage

Xanax will just make the ecstasy less effective. Why do you think people give benzos to people having bad trips? And like most people said I would just start out with 1mg. Can always take more after an hour or so.
 
I took 1 1/3 and was staring at my room for 30 minutes or so the laid with my eyes closed for an hour or two, not cuz I was tired cuz It felt more relaxing. It was nice but not somethin I wanna do often. I will stick to my stims :)
