Xanax before flying?

I'm pretty much tolerant to Xanax.
Is it safe to take 0.75mg one hour before flying? Or maybe even two hours?

I will take it before leaving the house.

I don't want to be too knocked out but safe enough for just to mellow out.

I get very anxious when flying.

It is safe to use it for flying, the main problem will be choosing your dose so you don't overdo it. I'm guessing you would know your limits by know if you are tolerant to them.

i would take mine a couple of hours before flying, but that's just me

My limit is 0.75mg and no more than that.
I feel that 0.75mg is where I don't feel extremely knocked out.
I will take it right before I leave my house.

With that said, I wish they had tablets of Xanax that come only in the 0.75mg so I don't have to take 3 tablets of 0.25mg...

Yeah you should be fine, two hours before is good. If 0.75 is a good dose for you then go for it, best of luck!
