xanax and valium

Hi

Is it OK to take Xanax and Valium together? Not high doses 1.5 mg of Xanax and 10mgs of Valium just to chill out a bit after a shit day at work

Yes, at those doses you will be okay and you'll probably get a decent buzz (thanks to the diazepam).

Out of the two, diazepam is my favorite one. Overall, my favorite benzo is temazepam.

You'll be fine as kokaino said and i like the valium as well. i use to get restoril (temazepam) 30mg but never did much for me, i was prescribed for sleep and 3mg xanax during the day. i would take 3-4 restoril and they just never did me that great but others love them.

It's an individual thing, I guess. The vast majority of people enjoy temazepam, but there are those that find that it doesn't work. It happens with all benzos.

My benzo tolerance is so high both do very little for me.

I found combining benzodiazepines was a waste, especially if one of them was potent like alprazolam it would often overpower the other benzo. I only really started combining when my addiction was out of control and I just needed to take any benzo I could get my hands on. At those doses though all the effects of each one started to blend into each other and it was all just a haze of amnesia.

As long as you have the tolerance you should be fine.

Mixing benzos is sort of a waste of one of the benzos...save one of 'em for another day (the diazepam)
