What's the best way out of oral and sublingual administration for the more potent high?

Xanax and Valium. PO or SL for higher BA?

l think l feel them more when l just chew them up. Oral BA is affected by stomach contents however. Depends on if it is full or empty.

xanax i always swallow em. with valium i prefer the sublingual method. it kinda depends on the benzo and your preference. but xanax comes up fast enough to where i dont think sublingual would give any more positive effects (unless of course you prefer to have a really bitter taste in your mouth.)

Swallow the xanax. They are made to kick in extremely fast and have a high BA when take orally. plus, the taste would be almost unbearable and in my experience not worth the extra little bit.
as for valium, I have no idea. I'm a xanax/K-pin type of guy.
If you are looking for the highest BA your can always look into plugging them.people think its gay and I've never done it personally but if you are looking to get the most out of them, that is your best bet if you're open to it.
