Xanax and klonipin

I was heavily addicted to Benzos for 5 years until I was 18. I decided to quit and never used them again. I'm now 21 and randomly started getting SEVERE panic attacks and depersonalizion due to stressers in my life. Seizure like panic attacks. I got prescribed klonipin and xanax 3 months ago. At first I took 1 mg of klonipin after 2.5 days (panic attacks always came then for some reason) sometimes I take 3 days in a row of .5 sometimes not for many days. For the past month I've been taking .25 xanax once every 5-6 says. Will I build a physical dependency? I don't remember getting very sick when I went through withdrawls abusing 30mg a day for 5 years. I did get severe panic attacks and depersonalization for a few days and that was it. I just dont Want withdrawls!
