Xanax and E

2 weeks ago I took two blue stars of really good E. During that i then drank my Face off for the rest of the night feeling amazing. Towards the end of the night I decided to avoid the bad come down so I popped a 2mg xanax. Was this a bad idea or ok just to go to sleep. I am planning on doing it again tonight but wanted to know if it is "safe".

To the best of my knowledge you'll be fine taking the Xanax to come down off the E, but I'd watch taking both alcohol and benzos - quite a dangerous combo. Stay safe

yea its fine. i dont roll unless i have xanax to come down.

Actualy i never ever had comedown from good MDMA pills. First roll, when its comedown select between benzodiazepines and alcohol, but dont drink while rolling it kills roll. And yea alcohol and benzos(xanax) is bad idea together.

It's actually a good idea to consume xanax during the comedown. It will assist you in sleeping, and also any paranoia that may occur. Wish I had xanax for ALL my comedowns

As long as you're taking a safe dose, Xanax can be quite helpful on the comeup and down to ease restlessness and/or depression upon the comedown. I always have some with me when I plan to see molly
