How long does Xanax show up in a blood test? I've read several different websites, all giving several different answers. The most common answer is 2-3 days. My doctor is doing blood work in 8 days, and I took 1mg of Xanax today. He put me on Paxil several weeks ago, and this visit will determine if I get put on Xanax or not. Paxil is not helping, so I REALLY need to pass this test. Thanks!
