xanax and benedryl

will benedryl potentiate the xanax? how much should I take of each?

I usually take 2-3mg of xanax, but have no idea on the benedryl

Benadryl will increase the sedation and feeling of forgetting where you are when you look closely at something or when you close your eyes. Beware of the benadryl hallucinations, though... on xanax you pass out, on benadryl you hallucinate. I've done benadryl/benzo combos plenty of times and it isn't worth it... unless you want some goood sleep.

benedryl sucks with with benzos, it just makes you sleepy and overly sedated(and not in a good way).

^^Agreed, it will make you nod out and sleep through the benzo's effects.
