I've taken 4mg before, felt very nice and slightly euphoric, next day I was expecting the so-called "withdrawal" symptoms but didn't really feel anything, maybe a slight shakeyness. I plan on taking 3mg this weekend, and because I am taking it like that will it produce any serious withdrawal symptoms ? Or do you only experience the symptoms if you take it every day for a certain condition and then stop rather abruptly than if you were to stop after using it recreationally a week between the dose like I did.

depending on the individual and dose you can get wd's in as little as 2 weeks. usually not bad though for such a short period of time.
just don't take them every day, if for some reason you do, lower your dose or you'll regret it.

Yeah benzo withdrawal is horrible. If you just take them here and there though, you won't have to worry about withdrawal. Withdrawal only becomes an issue after daily dosing for a number of weeks. Just keep it to once in a while and you'll be golden. I had to stop taking xanax after daily usage for over a year and the withdrawal was fucking terrible. Worse than dope, worse than methadone. Don't get sucked in buddy.

Although IMO it is a shitty recreational habit to develop, those who keep it a once a week or less never seem to get wd's often, even if they binge. But, honestly, you are still risking your health and well being, and even mixing a few benzos with opiates can kill you, just like Heath Ledger did.
Using it everyday even in low doses will lead to wd's quicker than you would think, and IMO it is an especially dangerous drug for people with anxiety or insomnia. Before benzos my anxiety and insomnia wasn't shit compared to after using.
I've said this before, if I had kids and they wanted to get high, I would recomend heroine to them before I would suggest benzos! I would put it at the top of shitty rec. drugs list along with benadryl, DXM, GHB, and ketamine.

You don't get withdrawals the day after taking one unless you have been abusing them for months every day. Rebound anxiety at most but I've very rarely experienced that. You shouldn't be feeling shaky.

you should feel anything at all. i say the quickest youll experience w/ds is 2 weeks everyday of taking the,. probably longer though but 2 weeks at the very least
