Benzos Xanax 2 Weeks Question

I have been taking Xanax .75 mg for 2 weeks at bedtime. I don’t want this to continue but I am afraid of withdrawals. I have taken Ativan 1-1.5 mg before for a few weeks with no withdrawal. Will Xanax cause issues if I stop now?

It shouldn’t no, especially not at that low of a dosage for such a short period. WDs don’t appear for a few days though when it comes to benzos.

You WILL have rebound insomnia/anxiety though. You’ll just have to struggle through that.

no bad things will happen - of course, your sleep will be worse and so on but this is not a w/d, believe me
