So my x just went thru some shit with a miscarrage and whatnot and shes dating soem other dude but anyways she went to a doc today and she got 15 kpins, long story short she drank 3 beers and took 6 .5 pins over a 4 hr time period. When she left my house she was fine but then i just got a call from her bf that he said he thought she was od'ing cuz he couldnt make her wake up enough to say shit..so he brought her to the er and now hes sayings shit like oh you better pray she wakes up or this shit is on you. FIrst off i kno hes a dumbass and its not on me second could u really die from taking 3 mg of kipin and drinking 3 beers without having any other drug in your system?
. I think for the most part we can only really speculate here, and generally we try to discourage threads that don't have a definitive answer. Certainly some people have died from very small amounts of benzos + alcohol, as we are all very different and so many factors can be involved like the person's size, genetics, tolerance, if they have any health conditions, if they have any drugs left in their system from previous days, their individual brain/body/metabolism and so on. I had a friend die very unexpectedly this way, and she had taken larger amounts many many times in the past without problem. But I don't mean to scare you - if your ex is receiving medical treatment that bodes very well for her chances of survival. It is unusual for someone to die from those quantities and when it does happen it tends to occur when no one is around and the person doesn't get any medical help. However, on the other hand, how can you be sure how much she took/drank?
