The beauty of living in the US is that you are but a short drive away from satisfaction. I am sure Baltimore isn't controlled by 1 distributor so "dry spell" must be a relative term. I hear DC is beautiful this time of year, albeit the cherry blossoms have all fallen by now.
Sick sucks but you COULD be in a country with absolutely no scene, sick takes on a different connatation at that point. I live in a nation with only 200 opiate/opioid addicts, all with HIV, and all using nabulphine hcl (Nubain), a drug so worthless that even the Americans haven't schedualed it (literally speaking, its the only opiate/opioid in the world that the US hasn't deal with legally).
Of course when you find an MD to write for you 3 gramme boxes of morphine hypodermic tablets at 48 US a box make it seem like paradise. Relativism, have to love it.
