WTF is happening with EZ-Test.com?

I placed an order with EZ test back in November last year and am still waiting for my two kits. My last three emails have not been answered. Does anybody know if they are having some kind of problems (I know that aj was a bit ill a while ago)? In the past they have been very reliable but this time it's very much a case of WHAT THE FUCK?!?!

Thanks for the tip but I think I'll be avoiding those guys. Their kits is not as good as the EZ-test xtreme kit and is considerably more expensive.
Plus I've alread paid for my EZ-tests :(

I have just sent yet another email to ewoud@eztest and ccs to aj@ez and info@ez.
If I don't get those kits very soon then I'm reporting your billing of my credit card as fraudulent. I have now sent you EIGHT emails about this order!!!

Now now no need for sillyness. The email address is freely available from the website and your order ID/confirmation email. Since the proprietors are attempting to resolve the issue, reporting that they are engaged in fraud is slander in a civil sense, and blackmail in a criminal sense.
You are the victim here no doubt, but resolving issues is a two way street. Give a little.
 
We know the problem. Every 1 out of 100 customers just gets a lot of shit. It has been happening in Australia a lot lately. They simply arrive WAY TOO LATE, but they arrive sooner or later....
In this particular case, we have mailed the order by regular mail and TWICE by registered mail.
The problem seems to be the country where you live, Poland.
A previous order arrived without problems, if I recall correctly.
We know it sucks and we know that we can't do anything about it. The result is that every now and then a customer gets shit. Not from us but from the mail system.
One more thing, we are not 'fraudulent'. We are just trying to do something right and make a living.
We regret the fact that everything went wrong here.

It has been 32 days since I last received an email from you. In that time I have sent you 5 emails. Why haven't you replied to any of them? You didn't reply to my mail of the 28th of last month asking you either send proof of posting or some explanation of what has happened or I would report the billing as fraudulent.
Sorry but when somebody charges my card (more than three months ago) and then ignores my emails asking where my goods are I tend to think that they are being less than honest. That doesn't seem to be the case here. If my emails had been replied to I wouldn't have needed to post here!
If you can send me proof of posting then I will happily raise seven kinds of shit at the local post office. Especially if the packages were sent signiture on delivery (which I said I'd pay for, it's not your fault the postal workers here are theiving gits!).

Closed. Private wranglings don't really belong here. I think everyone has enough info to solve this amicably.
