WTF is going on here? 8 dead in panic at concert over people getting injected with drugs?

So the guy supposedly injected was a security guard trying to help some people. He felt a prick on his neck and then went out. He was administered Narcan and came to. Medical examiners found a needle mark on the side of his neck.

With how potent fent is, it’s a very real possibility to inject 5unit quickly into someone and run off.

Also Travis Scott deserves everything he gets for this, watch the countless videos of him being a complete asshole without a care for anyone else. Not a good vibe to spread into a crowd of 50k. He’s a garbage human being that’s stoked the crowd like this before.

I have a real problem with mosh culture these days too, no one picks anyone up these days it’s fucked.

If you inject water soluble drugs, like basically all abuse drugs are you need less about 2 seconds to inject 0.5ml with a 31g insulin needle.
If it's 0.1ml you'll be fully injected before you reach for where you felt the needle going in.
You don't need to pinch the skin to do a subcutaneous injection, you do it just to make it impossible to scratch/inject into a muscle if you're lean but it's not needed.

Hopefully this will be his demise from fame and popularity. Rap is crap.
 
Also the people who attended the show and participated in the surge? How many security people would it take to control a crowd surge of that many people and how would they accomplish it?

The blame should be on the guilty.. and that’s a large segment of the fans. Heart goes out to the families of those who died and to everyone who was injured and also to those that did it.

On a much smaller note can’t wait to see the insanity rules that will fuck all our concert experiences because of deadly stupid fan behavior. Thanks

Before the concert even started, hundreds of those fans tore down barriers and rushed in. The energy of the crowd was already at a dangerous level. It wasn't a "let's have fun" vibe, more of a "let's fuck shit up!" So yeah much of that contributed to the tragedy which occurred later.

But the media sees ALL of the attendees as victims, which is utter bullshit. And sadly, I also believe that this whole thing is going to FUCK the majority of ALL concerts in the future.

I feel awful for the minors who were affected..to be honest I’m wondering what on the actual fuck a 9 year olds parents were thinking letting their child attend astroworld wtf
