I feel like you'd have to be REALLY inexperienced to "accidentally" get it in the wrong hole.
Never happened to me.
 
No I'm not inexperienced just when your in the heat of the moment and everything is absolutely wet and your man is going so hard and fast that your wiggling for joy and you just move the slightest while he is fucking you and well that's when it happened to me just one time but still damn it pissed me off I know I'm not the only one!
 
it can happen by accident because the vagina and anus are close to each other, and when you are spooning shit can get caught in wrong places.
 
I once posted a letter in the express post box instead of the red local letter post by accident. Never finish balls deep in an anus though.

Not necessarily. Well I didn't have much experience with doggy style when it happened, but the reason it happened was because it feels the best for me when the tip penetrates, so I try to pull out as far as possible before thrusting back in, which can lead to pulling out all the way, and missing the target. I'm sure you've experienced or seen some guys missing during missionary style sex, but their dick just goes above the body and not into anything. Well with doggy style, directly above the vag is the ass, and since I was on a bed with some bounce to it I must have bounced up a bit after slipping out.

I didn't penetrate though, and probably hit the space between vag and ass (it's not like I could really see). All I know is that it hurt me, and she screamed a bit. It was a legitimate mistake though. In fact she loved anal so it's not like I would have had to pull some stunt to put it in the back door.
