people have brought this up before... it doesnt seem like a very profitable endeavor though, since one would probably need a lot of tryptamine in the substrate... also, actually separating the final product from other alkaloids might be a problem...
dont know though, id love to hear others opinion on this

Very interesting though, and it actually works. Maybe someone could extract the enzymes guilty of this and get a super efficient synthing route for our beloved 4-Subs. Seems only like a viable option if psychs were legal, but interesting nonetheless

The two ways I've thought of doing this involve dissolving any given 'non 4-HO' tryptamine in water, and performing my 24 hours dunks in this (I'm growing from PF cakes). The cakes should be saturated with tryptamine containing water. If you're using DEC (double end casing), I would keep the top casing moistened with tryptamine water.

It would work, but I see it as being incredibly wasteful.

However, I'm not interested in trying an unknown drug at an unknown dose.
