At hiring, employer can ask you to sign a paper in which he will be autorised to consult your medical, criminal and credit record.
If you don't sign the paper, he'll find a reason to give the job to another person.

^^ I've heard of using cannabis to treat ADD from the other angle, from a doctor. Its refreshingly interesting to hear that it does indeed work from your perspective.
