    Welcome Guest!

Would you take MDMA daily if..

I would put it in my group of dopamine inhibiting drugs which i only allow myself to use once a week. :)

yeah that's right .....

here's a question:

do you think if you developed early age Alzheimer's (i.e. your body could still handle rolling) you would be able to roll more frequently without developing tolerance/becoming accustom?

I took it daily for a period of about 4 - 5 months. It was a low point in my life (about to lose my home, marriage issues, and a whole lot more.) I have to say, in retrospect, it was quite beneficial at the time. I was given anti-depressants from my doctor but I found them so strange that I refused to keep taking them. If you're feeling low, you want to feel happy - mdma does exactly that. As an anti-depressant I found it worked wonders - not exactly 'amazing' but it did work well enough for me to look back and say it was a good thing I did it (at the time)

As as teacher I'd say it was quite easy to establish whether or not it was doing any damage - Everyday I have to lead a class and essentially stay on the ball for prolonged periods of time. At no point could I say "Hey, my brain is fucked/slower than normal." Bear in mind I would take it in the evening (there's no way in hell anyone can teach rolling on mdma!)

I figure it doesn't do any damage as such but (like others have said) it's just not the same when you're taking it continuously, in the space of a few days the real overwhelming feeling of mdma subsides dramatically and doesn't return, even if you increase the dose. (I was averaging 3-4 a night)

The brain needs a lot of time to restore itself and you're certainly not feeling the full effects by a long stretch.

MDMA is best taken once a month, imho.

I haven't taken mdma for well over two years btw.

^ Dude . Ok

I'm 17 and I know better than that ! You took it daily for 3-4 months .!

Did you feel any side effects ?

An just out of intrest . What subject and what age group do u teach ?

Definitely not. It would give me a couple more opportunities to use MDMA, but there is no way that I could regularly use MDMA more often than once in a couple months because of school. Just because there is no neurotoxicity and no damage to serotonin receptors doesn't mean that it would completely kill your productivity.

Just my 2 cents, though. I'm sure someone could use super frequently and function perfectly fine.

Hell yes I'd use daily. I don't think it would stop being fun, I think I'd just always be incredably happy (perfect antidepressent effects) and functional and, ya know, rolling. Dopamine and serotonin never stop being fun. The only reason people lose the magic is because of neurotoxicity.

People would start using it as their 'pick-me-up' .. like an insanely stronger version of a coffee.

Coffee would be left for the old people, and people with heart conditions, etc

... tolerance remained low, no neurotoxicity occurred and if serotonin replenished itself within 24 hours? Does anyone think it'd just become plain boring if this were the case?

If there were absolutely no secondary effects from taking E every day - which is most definitely not the case - I would have done it for awhile!

The experience, its peak, is so wonderful that one would have to do it for years before it got boring.

I'd use it more often, but definitely not daily. Maybe every other week...probably not even that. To me, it's a special thing. I wouldn't want that feeling to become like..."Blah"

I'd probably use it twice a month instead of just once, and eat 2-3 pills each time instead of 1-2.

no it would become highly addictive like heroin IMO or something if there werent all the crazy negative side effects / comedowns / feeling like shit days after

I'd do it more often probably (now I always wait for around 6 weeks), but not always, as you can't really function normally on X.

If you asked about amphetamine though...

If you find someone using the all organic food grade mescaline extraction method without the nasty chemicals, mescaline can be used safely on a regular basis without causing a lot of harm. Its not quite MDMA but I personally like it better.
