Triazolam, to try something new, even though I'd probably prefer switching back to lorazepam from alprazolam for bedtime and PRN use. Clonazepam is for 24-hour control. But, I ask myself with that choice - when would I use the triazolam? It is so damned short in duration of action, and I highly suspect the want to re-dose would be present and roaring, probably leading to less than wise decisions. I guess for extra sedation it couldn't hurt, but again so SHORT! Quick, though, perhaps to use therapeutically for panic? Probably just end up using it while out and about.
