Tough choice, I love tramadol as my liver happens to metabolize a shit ton of it in to O-Desmethyl so tram's a prodrug for a legit, long-lasting opioid (O-Desmethyl), plus the serotonin release of tramadol makes me very happy and content, like a kid on Christmas morning. On the other hand, hydros are more effective for pain, but only last a few hours.
