IV Demerol. Oral Demerol is ehhhh...if it was strictly oral I would certainly pick hydrocodone.

I've had Demerol and orphenadrine in the same IV in the hospital before. Epic win.

Cocaine or methamphetamine?
 
hydroxyzine - apparently its almost as good as cyclizine IV

Mandrax and Methampthetamine or Lormetazepam and Methamphetamine

4-FA or dexamphetamine/dextroamphetamine/Dexedrine?
 
Nitrous Oxide all day long.

Alcohol or barbiturates (the good ones, secobarbital, pentobarbital, amobarbital)?
