Be homeless but have unlimited supply of your doc?
 
Opana bc I read on here that you can only IV dilaudid and I've never shot up, so I would rather eat or sniff Opana.

Smoke any brand of cigarette (i.e. Camel, Marlboro, Newport), or smoke an RYO (roll your own) cigarette?
 
Never tried methadone, so I'd have to say subs.

SL, because i'm tapering atm, but i'll sniff a small amount on a stim/psych come down, to relax (faster onset, opiate feeling combined with benzos, 2 shots of vodka and i'm diggin' the come-down)

intranasal 5-meo-DMT 50mg (mixed with a tiny bit of lidocaine, for the burn)+ 200mg special K
or
oral 4-ACO-DMT 50mg+ 75mg MXE intranasal?
 
Well, considering MxE landed me in the ER for shooting 300mg+.. I'll take the 5-MeO n kay
Steal OG OC80's from a cancer patient
OR
Steal D8's from an AIDS patient
(Both in extreme pain, and yes, this is some dark shit, lol..)
 
I don't like stims or psychadelics but whichever is the least speedy/intense.

Be in a prison where everyone is cool,the food aint bad and you get unlimited supplies of your favorite drugs and cigs or be free and have a decent job with a comfortable but modest living etc...and you can never get high again?
