I did a lazy ass quicktime co-codamol 8/500mg tablets cold water extraction, using 8 layers of paper towels and 8 co-codamol tablets. Which works for me keeps me buzzing for 3, 4 hours. Used about 150ml of water.

The water is minimally cloudy as you can tell however I believe I had got most of the paracetamol filtered out:

What I was left with:

At first before the extraction is was very very cloudy water, after extraction it was almost like tap water, like unless you were really paying attention you'd be had pressed to notice the slight cloudiness to it. Did I do it correctly? any tips?

No, but you're fine, man. Shit, APAP isn't as deadly as people think. A healthy person can consume over 3 grams in a single dose without any problems. You removed most of the Tylenol, that is all that matters. Even if there is a little bit left, it's harmless.

I don't inject I'm a very light user of weak opiates like codeine. Only as a comedown the next day from cocaine binge and to take away some of the pain. If I had like 30mg tablets I would not have even done an extraction. Am just wired off the cocaine binge and want to relax. lol. Valium help too, I think I have some laying around pop one of those too. Then just play ROME 2 TOTAL WAR.

You really went overboard, though. I mean 8 paper towels? WHY??? You realize you lost a decent amount of codeine doubt that? With such a small amount if APAP, a very basic extraction is fine. Really you could have taken them without an extraction, but 4'000 is just enough that extraction is advisable, but you don't need to go overboard.

That's what people don't understand, is that you don't have to CWE every time you take APAP-containing products, just if the APAP content is excessive.
(Not talking about you, as I said, 4'000mg is enough to legitimately want/need an extraction. But next time, a coffee filter will be just fine).

Um, no, she wouldn't. You must have misread that page. According to it, the LD50 for someone who weighed 100lbs is 80 grams. 80 fucking grams! You should never take 7 grams of APAP, but it's not going to kill anyone unless you already have some serious health issues and/or take it with alcohol.

(It said the median lethal dose was nearly 2 grams per KG, by the way)

Yeah I agree with you, I normally don't do extractions. When I have 30mg/500 codeines I just pop 3 every few hours. But with the codeine content being so low and the 8 pills I thought I'd just play it safe, I have a little tingly feeling, that I'll do for me.

I had an appendicitis and I was given diamorphine intravenously, they had barely even put enough into my system and I got so high, and the student doctor was like: "Is this possible he hasn't had enough?" but that was the first time, I forgot about my appendix pain, I was just really high, my legs had gone all funny, I had a warm feeling and love, and I would the nurse, because I thought I was dying and she said: "Don't worry its the morphine enjoy it, its for free" lol.
 
Dude I hate America right now. Man it would be so awesome to get diamorphine in a fucking hospital.

(And CWE is something every drug user should know and utilize, I am just saying some people go overboard. And pure heroin is extremely potent; I mean, 2.5mg-5mg would have a sensitive individual high, instantly.

Yes, that the lethal dose, on rats administrated orally. I might have misread it.
 
I think the LD50 is lower than that in humans though, I mean I know I've heard of people dying from less than that, though they may have already had liver problems, and it was exacerbated by drug use.

Still don't get why the student doctor was surprised though, strange. I've seen people high on 10mg oxycodone, and dia's 4x as potent...

Yes, in UK hospitals. And in Pakistan, they give you it. In the UK its more stringent, for extreme pain. In Pakistan, you can get you GP to inject you, knee pain, broken finger, bannged your elbow, they'll just hit you up with it. I had a toothache, doctor gave me morphine tablets in Pakistan the ones they give to terminal cancer patients. Ironically, the hardest drug to get there is Ritalin, and other stimulants.

She was surprised, while they were injecting it they were asking me to rate the pain from 10, to 0 as soon as a little bit of that di went into me my pain was down to 1. And she was so surprised, and said: "does it work that fast" and the doctor replied: "yes on some patients it certainly does".

Oh yeah another good way to get high medically is, say your having blood in your stools, you get a colonoscopy, but they give you some awesome drugs to relax you.
 
In Canada you can also get diamorphine in certain centers, as I´ve read.

As for oxycodone, change it for Oxycontin and from this medication, it´s easier to make it IR instead of CR..

I´ve done it myself, no APAP to worry about.

I don't think you can get oxy's in the UK. Max from experience a GP can give you 60/500mg co-codamol it's 60mg of codeine in enough tablet and 500mg of paracetamol, and they can give you a box of 100 tablets.
 
The Oxys here are imported from other countries, therefore very expensive. Paracetamol is really bad for the liver. I believe the limit is 3 g
