Opioids Would this work for plugging mscontin

I have come across 90 30mg mscontin (the M/30 imprint pills by Malli..) As we all know the oral bioavailabilty for morphine is horrible and so is nasal, so that leaves us with IV or plugging. I currently have no syringes and also don't want to IV pills so I'm left with plugging it.

My question is this...

All ive read about on the internet about plugging mscontin says to use a oral syringe to inject it into your ass. Well, I don't have a oral syringe and was just wondering if i just sucked off the coating and inserted them into my ass would it still be effective. Would this be more effective that crushing them up and eating them. I was doing that all day today, and while it did work, I had to take alot (210mg, im fairly opiate tolerant) and although it was a decent high, it wasnt anything amazing.

So my question is to those who have experience with rectal administration of mscontin. Is it still effective, and more effective than parachutting orally, to remove the coating and just stick the pills up there?

Any advice and/or technique is appreciated
 
It would technically work, but if you think about it you're putting a solid block of pill in your colon that requires moisture to help break it down. There's a limited amount of moisture in your colon, so it would take a very long time to metabolise compared to squirting a solution of it. Having the pill stuck to your colon may irritate your bowels as well.

If you've set your sights of plugging it, you'd be better off improvising a syringe/funnel than simply sticking the pill up there solid.
 
I dont have ANY syringes, Ive been clean off anything IV for around 2 months now.

What could i use as a makeshift device? Any ideas
 
do not use a makeshift device, acquire 1mL oral syringes (I like Terumos) found at your local pharmacy and on Amazon.com (also, this is a good place to get micron filters)

Oral syringes are easy to find at any drug store. Unlike needles where they are held behind the counter and often not given without a prescription, you can find them on the shelf. They are very cheap, clean, and yes, this will give you the rush that sticking a solid pill will not. If you really want a makeshift device, crush the pill up completely and put it in a capsule. Shove it as far up as you can. It won't be the same rush, but it will help with the BA, at least some.
 
And take in mind that your rectum does not have the acidity or enzymes like your stomach, so putting a capsule up there may not even work, and it sure won't work anywhere near as good as an aqueous solution.

You really can't replace an oral syringe, and they are so readily available as mentioned.
