Would this be safe?

I am having a weird reaction after taking my first buspar dose. I am having weird pulses through my body and am in panic mode. I have some xanax, would it be ok to pop it .5mg at a time up to 2mg at the most? I want to get some sleep tonight. I am drinking tea that makes you sleeping a popping a melatonin pill after I chill on the xanax since I don't want to be fatigued and scared at the same time.

I don't think it would be a problem to take 0.5 mg of alprazolam along with your tea, melatonin and the Buspar you already took. Just don't overdo the alprazolam, 1 mg should be the max dose you take, although I don't know what you tolerance is like.

I got no tolerance, but to put it in perspective .5 (my usual dose) helps my anxiety to a pretty moderate degree.

Yeah, so 1 mg should be your max dose. Taking 2 mg you will just blackout.

Probably a bit late now, but 1mg should do the trick to relax you and help you sleep.

Out of curiosity, what was the tea made out of?
