I have had 250mgs of Tramadol spaced over the last 14 hours (the last 25mgs were taken around 6 hours ago). Would one 10mg Ambien lower the seizure threshold even more?

I don't think ambien lowers the seizure threshold, I think if anything it would higher it if anything at all. I say you should be fine but wait for someone else respond with more info to be sure

Stay safe

Also I think you'd just be more at risk of blacking out if anything, being thats one of ambiens mainknown problems lol and that tramadol is a weak opiate. Just more CNS depressants is never good.

i use to take the together all the time. 10mg such a small dose u will be ok

I really wouldn't worry about it. 250mgs of Tramadol over that timespan isn't particularly dangerous. That is only a bit more than half the daily limit. Ambien, being a z-drug and very similar to benzodiazepines, would just make you sleepy. At those dosages I wouldn't worry.

Any dose over 200mg of tramadol is considered to lower the seizure threshold adding the ambien to this i dont think would really change much.
