Kratom has the effect of most opioid-type drugs ime (although less so, obviously), yes it’ll technically make you “last longer”, but at the expense of experience intensity and may impact your ability to finish

Suboxone, same thing, only more so considering it’s a stronger opioid

Zoloft (sertraline) would help you last longer. I'm on it for the past few years and it makes it hard to ejaculate.

A lot of drugs will help you last longer. There’s more of such than those that make you cum faster. To be honest none such comes to mind. Sure WDs and consequences of abuse can turn sex into gif like porn but that’s another story.
