Heroin Would moving to the Middle-East be smart?

It seems like it would be a smart choice to move to a country where it is made and have few drug laws. I was wondering what are the drug laws like and what are the prices of this stuff in the middle east.

All the terrorism stuff in the news sounds a bit exaggerated, it feels like the chances of being kidnapped in one of these countries seems less than dying in a car accident in the states.

If I didn't care about seeing family/friends would this be a good idea to try to move to one of these countries, and which one would be the best bet?
 
^Many of the drug laws in those parts are more draconian than in the US. At any rate, this would probably be better suited for a regional discussion forum thats closer to the part of the world you're interested in.
