would marijuana without thc still get you high?

Yes, there are like ~60 other cannabinoids in the plant. CBD, CBN, THCV for example.
 
No, weed without THC will not get you high. And it doesn't exist. Hemp is a low THC plant, and it's legal (although strictly controlled) in a lot of countries.

No. Let's make it clear: both marijuana and THC are Schedule 1 (except in a gelcap with sesame oil, as the prescription Marinol, which is Schedule 3). This is in the U.S. at least. So any non-THC cannabinoids found in marijuana are also illegal.

yes there are several other cannabinoids that have an effect on the high. alot of the variations in the high you get between different buds is a result of different levels of these secondary cannabinoids. for example i believge i read in a cannabis book the buds with more CBD ( or was it CBN ) give more of a stoned body high than a trippy mental high, because CBD is good at activiating pain relief receptors. i believe thats what it said anyway. but the overall answer is yes, if you extracted just the thc out of a bud, you would still get high from smoking it.

Yeah various strains will have different variations of THC which can produce varying highs. Some more stimulating, some more trippy, some more sedating.

It does exist now, I saw a doco on it the other night, they developed it to use medicinally, as it's the THC that gets you stoned, but the CBD that helps with nausua/pain

CBD has many pharmacological actions. Anxiolytic and anti-psychotic properties interestingly.
