would love advice with adderall

So I have proboobly 45 30mg brand name ir adderall and don't actually wnlant recreational want them for medical use more social motivated etc, I have been doing half 15mg and even at this dose all it does is make me horny as hell. Idk what to do. Would taking a full 30 u think change that? Or just more horny lol. I also have like 7 5mg percs. A few 5mg valiums. Few 0.5 xanaxs. Fioricets 10mg cyclobenzaprines 10 mg narcos . Access to kolonopin. Idk ; ( proboobly about to go to a psychiatrist for anxiety meds. If I can figure out a good combo for medical use with my ir's and a anxiety med maybe idk? Not asking what to ask doctor. Asking advice on ideas of combos or ways to improve my situation I can handle my doc. Thanks so much in advance
 
Take a lower dose. And horny? Like unbearably horny, or euphoric? Try 5-10mg. Going above 20 will just make you even more anxious. Adderall is bad for anxiety because of the come down, take a benzo when you come down to ease the crash.
And try to be a little more specific.
 
I'm currently on Vyvanse. When I was on Adderall, I took a total of 60mg/day.
The common drug that is combined with both the Adderall as well as the Vyvanse, is Clonazepam. The longer acting benzodiazepines are your best bet. I wouldn't be to worried about the dosages either. Dosages for Adderall start as low as low as 10mg I believe.
Personally, I would just eat a 30 and see how it goes. If your worried start or stay low. The Percocet and Norco's should be safe with Adderall, but the others including the Fioricet are probably not the best idea.
 
Idk it's strange so I use to get so much uphoria from my xr 20mgs. Probably 5 years back. One day I took my 20mg xr, and I took Prozac . After about 25 minutes I felt the rush coming from the adderall and all of a sudden bam nothing. Literally like some impulse or connection threw my brains neuro pathways sorta like a bridge just burnt up. And the euphoric incoming sensation was gone. And many times after I never enjoyed adderall like I use to. I wonder if switched adds meds might work I guess ?
