half a blotter will hardly make you trip. You'll be fine with a whole one if not two. Honestly I enjoy psychedelics alone or with one other person more than with a bunch of people. Less clutter and more freedom with your trip.
Also LSD is nothing like MDMA, so do not expect the feeling of rolling at all.

But i recomend you have someone there with you on your first trip so you dont get lonely or bored. Maybe they can trip too.
