Would ephedrine help with meth "withdrawal"?

By that, I mean would it help me feel any better on the few days of anhedonia/depression/always being tired? Ephedrine is, by definition, an amphetamine too.

would stop you from sleeping though, sleep would be by far the best to smooth out the edges. try some valium.

oh dear, then maybe ephedrine and coffee to get you through work, then some valium as soon as you get home to catch up on much needed sleep?

Yes and no.

It will help with some of the physical stuff. Tiredness, excess hunger, feeling dizzy, stuffy nose, etc.
But it will make you even more tense and edgy and sleepless and all that fun stuff.

Maybe just take it before work in the morning for a boost of energy, and leave it alone after that so you can try to get sleep.

you can buy a supplement called mucuna pruriens which is good for sorting out your dopamine levels

Desoxyephedrine is methamphetamine (presume you know this haha..)

Personally I think it would probably just prolong things to use another stimulant to alleviate the symptoms, stims aren't well suited to tapering.. good luck!

I found ephedrine to be very weak in every aspect. It would give me a bit of energy for under an hour, then I would be absolutely drained. Coffee does more for me in terms of stimulation, but I don't like either, really. I'd give it a miss.
