Hello,

Not having Oximetazilone or phenylaphrine at the moment, would aspirin or ibuprofen help diminushing the swollen?

Thanks!

I've got an unusual method I use when I'm snorting a bunch and my nose gets plugged. You need to get your respiration up by running in place or arm whirls etc. Whatever you like to do to get it up. Once your nose clears up, blow it really well and that usually does the trick. Other than that, I take Alleve or Sudafed (the one you have to sign for).

Pseudoephedrine would be your best bet (as stated above, the one you have to sign for).

Aspirin and ibuprofen do decrease inflammation, but not inflammation from sinus congestion. They won't hep to decongest you unfortunately.

Have a hot shower?

Ibuprofen will help relieve a sinus headache but a decongestant like pseudoephedrine is really the only thing that will unblock your sinuses.
