Worth using old school Opana or just saving it?

I've been taking subs for about a year.

i'm currently taking 2mg a day.

Anyways, i was going thru my old stuff and
came across a Old school 40mg opana and a 30mg roxi,

i'm going to wait 48hrs and then take both pills in one session.

Will i break thru the sub enough?

or should i save it for a better time?

I've taken vacations b4 requiring atleast 100+mg oxy to catch a buzz.
 
im gonna mix them both up and snort them in small doses
over a small period of time.


I could also sell the opana for a pretty penny

so this is gonna be a expensive session
 
Okay, well, you know how potent oxymorphone is, right? The equivalent to your intranasal oxymorphone dose could easily be as high as 240mg oxycodone. I strongly recommend you take it slow when doing this, sniffing no more than one quarter of your oxymorphone at a time, allowing for it to take full effect of course, to titrate your dose.

you lucky bastard, the things i would do for an old school opana 40. I'm thinking if your going to wait 48 hrs you should be fine. How long has it been since you last used something besides the sub?
 
i took some perc 10's a month ago for 3-4 days and then back to subs.

I wonder if i can split it for 2 sessions and just do
20mg opana and 15mg roxy. and save the other half for next day.
 
Well like Venrak said oxymorphone is extremely potent so see what ten mg's of it does for you and then go from there.
 
Hell since i stopped using oxymorph when they took the old school opana's off the market even 5 mg of it nowadays will give me a pretty good nod and buzz.
 
Yeah, you definitely won't feel as much as if you hadn't been on subs but still, definitely don't take that much, oxymorphone is very potent. I'd say maybe start with 20mg opana, see how you feel, if you want more add like 15mg roxy and do the rest another time - but not all at once.
