I would take Conan off the list simply b/c its not like the original was all that spectacular. The sequel met my expectations perfectly. It sucked, but in a good way.
 
Terminator 3 needs to be added to the list. They just don't know when to leave it do they?!.
 
Ok, I think you got a lot of 'em, but here's a few that pop into my head:

Bloodsport 2
Cyborg 2
The newest Godzilla (is that a sequel??)
The Crow: City of Angels

I'm sure there's a lot more...
 
Mortal Kombat: Annihilation needs to be added. Not that the 1st was spectacular (FFS, it was a video game movie :\), but at least it was cohesive had some semblance of a plot holding it together. The sequel was a half-assed cash-in crowded with cameos from every character in the game and a laughable script that was written by a middle-schooler with ADD.

Urban Legend: Final Cut needs to be added as well, along with:

Btw, Star Wars, Ep 1, should be disqualified from that list because it's technically a prequel.
 
I'd take Oceans 12, Phantom Menace , Batman & Robin off that list...those were pretty decent IMO.
I TOTALLY agree with Legally Blonde 2 and Dumb & Dumberer .... *shudder*.
They missed out on Cruel Intentions 2 and 3 tho....the third sequel was HORRIBLE and it should be number one on that list! It stupidly went past the "its so bad its good mark" and just ended up absolutely atrocious. 8(

Hannibal - extra points for totally changing Harris' idealized book ending to make the movie more "palatable", and for not being able to secure jodie foster.

I fucking love the Matrix Reloaded and don't mind SW: The Phantom Menace.
 
i laughed more during leprechaun 2 than i did during the 1st one. that sequel was fuckin funny. although it was supposed to be a horror, right? ;)

What, no Superman IV: The Quest for Peace?!? Or Highlander 2: The Quickening? Someone's list needs a revision. :) Either of these 2 can take the place of Godfather Part III; I'm not saying it's a good film, but compared to S4 and H2, it's Citizen Freakin' Kane. Another notable omission: Trail of the Pink Panther - Peter Sellers gets top billing even though he had been dead for two years, so the whole thing is assembled from deleted scenes and outtakes, with crappy new footage wrapped around it in a vain attempt to milk his legacy. Sellers' widow successfully sued for defamation after its release.

And why is Exorcist 2: The Heretic not on the list? I defy anyone to sit through that and tell me it isn't one of the worst movies ever made.
