Most Dangerous (I used to have a MONSTER TOLERANCE, so DO NOT ATTEMPT! A 60mg Oxymorphone shot IV was the usual every night, on top of at least 40-80mg Opana ER 40mg tablets crushed and snorted throughout the day along with 60-200mg Oxycodone oral/insufflated, 100-200mcg/hr Duragesic worn, 2-6 800-1600mcg Actiq, 12-48mg Dilaudid IV, 60-300mg Morphine SO4 IV (oral if Roxanol), and whatever else):
- 20mg Oxymorphone (Opana IR) and 24mg Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) cooked into one 1mL shot, and injected intravenously quickly (pushed off hard). I felt the rush come on and it was so strong I thought my body was going to explode, and the next thing I knew, I was waking up and it was four hours later, the needle still sticking out of my arm.
- 25mg Oxymorphone (Opana IR) and 2.5mg Fentanyl (Duragesic) cooked into one 1mL shot, and again injected intravenously very quickly. I felt the rush and almost "saw" the high hit me across the head. Woke up 5 hours later with the needle, once again, sticking out of my arm.
- 60mg Oxymorphone (Opana IR) and 5mg Midazolam (Versed ampule) mixed in one shot and injected intravenously. I basically gave myself "twilight anesthesia", as I apparently was awake and alert, but have no memory for ~4 hours of the experience, except for the initial rush which was heavenly.
- 80mg hydromorphone (Dilaudid 4mg tablets... LOTS of them) cooked into one shot, and injected. The rush was so strong, I thought my brain was having an orgasm. I didn't pass out, but it was enough Dilaudid that I actually felt a high from it after the initial rush, lol.
- 400mg Seconal (oral, Secobarbital 100mg "reds"), 500mg Somnote (oral, chloral hydrate liqui-gels), 100mg Butobarbital (oral, generic pills), 20mg Valium (oral, diazepam 10mg tablets), 4mg Xanax (oral, alprazolam 2mg bars), 1mg Halcion (oral, triazolam .5mg pills), 50mg Dexedrine (oral, dextro-amphetamine 10mg pills), 200mg Provigil (oral, modafinil 200mg pills), 60mg Roxicodone (oral, oxycodone IR 30mg), 40mg OxyContin (insufflated, 1/2 OC80 brand name), 20mg Opana ER (insufflated, 1/2 Opana ER 40mg), 60mg Morphine SO4 (IV, 2 30mg MS-IR tablets), 8mg Dilaudid (IV, 2 4mg Dilaudid brand-name), 15mg Opana IR (IV, 1.5 Opana IR 10mg tablets), 800mcg Actiq (buccal, Fentanyl Citrate lollipop), 70mg Norco (oral, hydrocodone/APAP 10/325mg, CWE brand name), and 100mcg/hr Duragesic (transdermal, 10.4mg Fentanyl delivered over 72hrs). I swear to God, my tolerance was ridiculous back the, and this is how it happened (I had been wearing the patch for 1 day prior, and continued to wear it):
6:00PM: I get off work, and pop 20mg Valium, 60mg Roxicodone, 30mg Norco, 20mg Dexedrine, 200mg Provigil, 2mg Xanax, and 100mg Butobarbital.
7:00PM: I'm feeling a high, but it's not overwhelming, so I take 2mg Xanax, 40mg Norco, 30mg Dexedrine, 200mg Seconal, 500mg Somnote, and open up and use an 800mcg Actiq.
8:00PM: I am definitely high, but still "aware" and not sedated at all, and I can't feel the opiates, so I eat 200mg Seconal, and crush 1/2 of an OC80 and 1/2 of an OpanaER40mg, mix them together in two lines, and snort one up each nostril.
8:30PM: I am feeling the opiates now, but I want to feel more, dammit! I start prepping a shot of 60mg Morphine SO4, 15mg Opana IR, and 8mg Dilaudid. I fit it all in one 1mL rig, and inject it. The rush was strong, but not like you'd expect (I suppose my receptors were over-saturated already?). However, I am HIGH and nodding in and out like crazy.
12:40AM: After nodding and drooling on myself for the past 4 hours, I figure it's time for bed, and pop 1mg Triazolam, and am asleep in 5 minutes (shit kicks in fast!). Woke up the next morning with no hangover, and went to work no problemo!
- 3.5mg Fentanyl (Duragesic) and 100mg MSO4 (Kadian) mixed in water and injected IV. I nodded out for 2 hours with the needle still in my arm, and woke up feeling so high it was almost dysphoric. High-dose fentanyl isn't that much fun; lots of confusion, little euphoria, no rush.
UNPLEASANT/DYSPHORIC/EXTREME-ANXIETY/ETC:
- 4 hits DOB, 3grams Psylocybin Mushrooms, 4mg Xanax, 40mg oral oxycodone, and 50mg insufflated oxycodone; way too intense of a psychedelic experience, as I don't like the DOx chemicals (but I didn't yet know that over 90% of paper hits on the street are an RC, not LSD) due to them giving me extreme anxiety (I have panic disorder), so I tried to calm it down with 2 Bars, and when that didn't work, I started swallowing 10/325mg Percocet and snorting some Roxy. Overall, a terrible combination.
- 90mg 2C-E (yes, NINETY), the first time I tried it, as I was told it was something other than what it really was. I was tripping so hard that I couldn't understand spoken words, everything sounded like the teacher from Charlie Brown, and when I tried reading, the letters would float around the page, as if they were running away from me. It also gave me a really uncomfortable feeling in my lungs, like they were full of sticky mucous.
