We all know how painful a break up can be.
Especially if you are the one being dumped or cheated on you truly loved the person etc
Everyone goes through it. It's literally some of the worst suffering you can go through.
What's your stories. What happened, how bad was it for you, what did you do to get through it, how long did it take you to recover etc?
For example I have been through two or three. My first real one was horrible (and I think it is for everyone). I was a mess. I couldn't function and I remember taking a lot of valium and I went to the doctor and got on aropax. I remember the day the day it kicked in. I think I laughed or smiled for the first time. Took a few months for memory for that to work I think.
First one is always hard. It has to be hard when older too I imagine etc. Obviously not for the person dumping or moving on. But the one left fucked.
Anyone else.
