Worst adderall crash!! Please help!!!

Aright so yesterday at 10 am I took 75mg Adderall XR then at 1 I took 25mg then at 4 took another 25mg and finally at 7 I took my last 25mg. I was having a blast everything was going great but I ended up not sleeping for a second and it's now 930 am and I feel awful and trust me I've had awful drug comedowns but nothing like this I'm about to puke, My head is throbbing and I'm still tweaking out! I'm open to any suggestions as to what may help!!! THANKS!!!

the best would be to take a benzo or an opiate.
alcohol may be good too but if you over-do it you'll end up feeling worse after it wears off.
if you don't have any of these or any other downer just wait it out and distract yourself, try to relax watching a movie/playing a videogame etc. maybe some melatonin can help too.
the reason why you're feeling like this is probably because of multiple redoses, next don't redose so often and you'll be fine

I'm currently out if downers the only thing I have is a 5mg Zyprexa you think that would do me any good?

mmh zyprexa is an antipsychotic right? taking an antipsych on a comedown might make you feel even worse.. but olanzapine is atypical so I don't know if it's any different, iirc it's used for sleep and anxiety too maybe it could help.

Thanks for asking I'm feeling a hell of a lot better now I've just been laying down and smoking cigs and got some fluids and food in me.
