Worser Luck with Primary Doctor

After years of being denied benzo meds for anxiety by MD physicians, i decided to see a D.O. physician, he was real cool, i told him i was on xanax and the dose, he gave it to me and said its a great drug, dont run short or u will be in a bind. stupid me ate 90 footballs, so i went in to see him 2 months later and told him i lost my bottle, so he preffered me be on Klonopin 2mg AM, 2mg PM, instead, i didnt complain, and the whole time i was on Adderall. One day for my monthly i got popped with a urine test, and during that visit he gave m something for pain called "butrans" patch delivers 5mcgg/hr of Bupenorphine, he knew i was on suboxone b4, obviously knew i was an addict, but maybe let it go. anyway i could of worked my way up to lortabs, etc...lenient old timer doctors..next visit he said Morphine showed up in my urine, cut off 300, mine was 1,500. he said the only drugs id get from him are benzos and adderall, no narcotics...WOW! i really fucked myself, NOW he decreased my Klonopin to1mg 3x/daily, i referred my girl there, she also got decreased to xanax 1mg 3x, failed drug test, never will get opiates. i think i referred to many people there and them walking out with benzos and my own fck up that i ruiined a GREAT RELATIONSHIP with a good doctor, i had good dose benzos, adderall, started me on a pain patch, i mean he still gives me klonopin 1mg 3x a day from 4mg daily, but i shouldnt of seeked too much or referred people to this clinic i think i made it hot.

my regrets people, i finally get what i want, now i always wonder next monthly visit
 
This thread really isn't about harm reduction. What I don't get is that you were on subs before so you must have been an addict. Why would you want to work your way back into opiates if you kicked them? Seems you would want to stay as far away from them as possible.
 
well, i got kicked off suboxone, and he offered a bupe patch for my pain from a car accident, i i figured why not, im in WD anyway and it is suboxone basically, benzos, really help my anxiety despite i over take them, i guess im a doctor shopper, if i was NORMAL id be set, still on 4mg daily, xanax, and lortab, and back on addy 30mg xr, not 20mg xr. and get 90 day spply scripts, anyhoo, HARM REDUCTION, AVOID doctor shopping, its illegal, and if u get what u want, can possibly overdose and die, or kill some1 else giving them ot, putting doctor name in the dirt!
 
Doctor shopping is illegal and a bad thing to do for both yourself and the doctor but I fail to see what the question is here...maybe this is better for your blog?
